Class Description:
Come join our evidence-based Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention program to reduce risk of falls and injury, improve fitness levels, and empower high-risk seniors to take control of personal health through lifestyle changes.快來參加我們的太極 “預防關節炎及跌倒” 計劃來減少跌倒和受傷的風險,提高健康水平,並通過改變生活方式從而幫助高風險老年人掌握制健康狀況。

INSTRUCTIONS FOR OUR ZOOM CLASS:
Please keep the following safety procedures and tech recommendations in mind before and during the class:

- Have a clear and safe space to move in, and have water nearby.
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
- Name or identify your device, computer or iPad, under settings with your full name so that we can let you into class.
- Mute your mic when not speaking.
- Share your camera so the instructor knows how you’re doing (you can turn off your camera if you’d like).
